This is my first attempt at blogging. I wasn't really sure what I wanted as a topic, but I needed to create a blog for a Social Media class I am taking this semester. I am working towards a degree in Digital Marketing while also working full time. It took me some time, but in the end I decided to create my blog assignment on the daily life of a working college student since that is something I do know about. As the need for alternative college schedule structures becomes more popular opposed to traditional college courses, I am certain there are more students like me balancing working full time and going to school. I have also noticed there currently are limited places for supporting this approach to higher education. I would like to do something so others have a place to converse about the challenges that non-traditional college students face.
