As a working college student, I have been attempting to also pay for my classes out of pocket to limit student loan debt that plagues a student for years after graduation. Below is a link to a blog post from The Frugal Cottage about having a no-spend month. Take a peek as it is a wonderful way to really evaluate your own spending and get yourself back on track if you find that you have money leaks in your budget like I seem to find every month. I am going to try creating a no spend month for both June and July (except for a weekly dinner with friends as that is my way to relax and catch up with people I wouldn't see often otherwise with my current schedule).
